This is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Deep tissue massage helps to relieve chronic patterns of tension and helps with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

Sports Massage

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy using heated stones. Heat has long been used to ease muscle tension and pain. It helps increase blood flow to the affected area. It may also reduce muscle spasms and increase flexibility and range of motion. These stones are placed on specific parts of your body or used by the therapist while delivering Swedish massage techniques.


Prenatal Massage


Prenatal massage is a type of massage therapy specifically designed to be used during pregnancy. Regular prenatal massages may not only help you relax, but may also relieve insomnia,  joint pain, neck and back pain, leg cramping and sciatica.  Massage may also lift depression without the use of medication, according to some scientific studies.
