Before and After’s
What to expect at your appointment:
- You will be required to drink plenty of water before your appointment.
- The practitioner will review your medical history to ensure you are a good candidate.
- The treatment area will be measured, and your weight will be taken.
- Photos will be taken to keep a record of progress in your chart.
- Immediately after your treatment, you will be asked to partake in at least 15 min of exercise to start moving your fat cells through the lymph system. To assist with this, you will also be shown how to do lymphatic drainage for the week after your treatment.
- You will want to continue drinking plenty of water to help flush your system.
- Your next treatment will be scheduled in 1 month.
