Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us at Island Facial Aesthetics. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.

We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations; otherwise we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee.

For services that take an extended time such as Ulthera and Plasma Pen, we do require a $100 deposit and kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointment and cancellations; otherwise this deposit may be non-refundable.

All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they desire in a timely manner.
